Cancellations

Once an order is placed for personalized gifts, cancellations are not allowed. We begin processing and customizing your order promptly to ensure a quick turnaround.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Personalized Items

We strive to ensure that all personalized orders are accurately fulfilled, and we encourage you to double-check the customization details before placing your order.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part. Should this happen, a replacement will be sent out within 1-2 business days from when we approve the replacement. If you do not want a replacement, a refund will be given equal to the amount paid for the damaged or defective item only.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
